We collect only what you choose to send us, use it only to reply and work with you, and never sell it. Here is the detail.
01Who we are
Nyomik is a software engineering studio in Surat, India. We decide what happens to the information on this page, so we are responsible for it. You can reach us at contact@nyomik.in.
02What we collect
Only what you type into our forms:
- A message: your name, and optionally your company, your email, your phone number, whether we may contact you on WhatsApp, and what you write.
- A booked call: your name, your email, the time you pick, and any note you add.
- A project brief: your name, work email, company, what you need, your budget, your timeline and a summary.
We don't run analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't build profiles of visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
03Why we use it
- To reply to you, by the channel you chose: email, phone, or WhatsApp only if you said yes to it.
- To hold the call you booked and send you its confirmation.
- To scope, quote and, if we work together, deliver your project.
04Where it's kept
Messages and bookings are saved to a private Google Sheet and sent to our Google email account, so Google stores them for us on its servers, which may be outside India. Only the Nyomik team can see them. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last conversation. If we do, we keep project records for as long as the work and the law (such as tax and accounting rules) require.
06Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct it or bring it up to date;
- delete it, or stop contacting you (including on WhatsApp).
Just email us. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
07Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
