These terms cover using this website. Any project we take on together is covered by its own written agreement.
01Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. You may read, share and link to it. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, and no sending spam through its forms.
02Project work
Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote. Before any work starts we agree a written proposal or contract covering scope, timeline, price, payment, ownership of the work and confidentiality. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement wins.
03Our content
The text, design, logo, product names and images on this site belong to Nyomik. You may quote small parts with credit, but please don't copy the site or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
04What you send us
What you send through our forms stays yours. We use it only to reply and work with you, as our Privacy Policy explains, and treat project details you share as confidential.
05Accuracy
We keep the site accurate, but it describes our services and products in general terms and may change. Some product descriptions are early and marked as such. Don't rely on it as advice for your own project; talk to us instead.
06Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Nyomik isn't liable for any loss from using it or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits responsibilities the law doesn't let us limit.
07Other sites
We link to other sites and services (such as WhatsApp). We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
08Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
09Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
